How Does Shipping Work?
After you place your order you will get an email/text confirmation. You can always track your package here ----> https://blackletics.aftership.com/
Within 1-3 Business Days you will get an email/text that states your shipping label has been produced with your tracking number and your package is on its way to the post office from our warehouse.
From then, within 3 business days or less, you will receive your package once dropped off at the post office!
From the time you purchase until you get your package averages within 4 business days.Please understand ,some days we have multiple orders to ship out at once and it may be delayed but don't worry, your order is always safe. If we go over 4 business days don't panic, your order is still being processed, please only contact us if you have not receive your package within 12 business days, we will refund you and you will be able to keep your order. Yes, that's how serious we are about getting you your package on time!
If you do not enter the correct address we are not responsible for packages being lost or shipped to the wrong address. In most cases, there is nothing we can do if the package is sent to the wrong address due to the customer not putting in the correct address.
